Transcription: The main purpose of any interview is for the employer to get an idea of whether you can do the job that needs to be done. You can also learn things about your prospective employer and the kind of situation you'd be entering. You may be asked about your education, your prior work history, your special interests and hobbies. You'll also probably be asked some questions that are designed to find out what you'd do in difficult or unclear situations. The best way to answer any question is to follow two rules. Use positive language and use examples to back up your statements.
